Rumen Dragostinov 1956-2011

It's with great sadness that I learned about the death of Bulgarian cartoonist Rumen Kostov Dragostinov.

He was a finalist in the 4th World Press Freedom International Editorial Cartoon Competition with the following drawing:

"The Internet: Freedom of Expression and Access Issues"
