I've just signed the contract for my participation in the long awaited opus compiled by Michel Choquette of National Lampoon fame.
Slated for publication by Harry N. Abrams, Inc. this fall, The Someday Funnies will feature original work by such luminaries as Sergio Aragones, R.O. Blechman, Vaughn Bodé, William Burroughs, Guido Buzzelli, Guido Crepax, Will Eisner, Randall Enos, Federico Fellini, ffolkes, Jean-Claude Forest, Robert Gigi, Jean Giraud, René Goscinny, Bill Griffith, J.B. Cartooning for Japan (2)

A “Cartooning For Japan” exhibition, organised by the Japanese cartoonist No-rio, was opened last weekend in a department store in Hirosaki, in northern Japan. Exhibitions in Sendai (where the tsunami hit) as well as Tokyo are also planned.
Here is a small selection of the 300 drawings submitted by 76 cartoonists from 33 different countries:
